What's the status of my order?

  • Most of our products are made to order, in the order that payment was received. Please note that each of our products are made in different departments, so lead times may vary. Check to see what our most current turnaround time for your product is here.

How will I know when my order ships?

  • We will send a tracking number to your email address once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. It will include the estimated ship date as well.

Do you offer rush options?

  • Yes, we're offering a limited amount of RUSH options to expedite your order. Email us for options.
