  1. Lead times are updated to reflect our volume of orders. Check our limited rush options here.
  2. Shipping carriers may be experiencing delays due to limited transportation, so please allow up to 7 days for tracking to update before contacting us. Some international orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to deliver during this time. Please hang tight as these essential workers are on the front lines to get these packages delivered for us. 🙏
  3. Only one promo per order. No exceptions.
  4. We may require a signature confirmation for packages valued over $500.
  5. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address when checking out.
  6. We are not liable for anything that may happen to the package once it's been accepted and delivered to its intended location.
  7. Any returned packages must be claimed within 30 days and will require additional shipping payment from the buyer to get it re-shipped.
  8. We are not responsible for any damages that occurred during shipment. Please save the original packaging and contact us for any shipping damages within 7 days of receiving the product to file a shipping claim.
  9. If shipping isn't available for your country, link us to the product(s) that you want and include your full shipping address for a shipping quote.
  10. IMPORTANT! All items are made to order, so regardless of selected shipping option, they will get shipped out as soon as they are made. (Our website provides various shipping options & prices based on the weight of the packages and destination. However, it does not account for the lead time + packing/handling time, which makes the shipping options very inaccurate. We are unable to modify this feature on our website, so we'd recommend picking the cheapest/standard option, as all parts will get shipped out using standard shipping once they are ready to go out.)
